our history
Mildura Swimming Club (MSC) was established on Thursday November 3rd, 1910. The club was founded by Mr E. S. Creaton.
The club folded in the second year of World War One in 1915. MSC then re-established on Friday December 5th, 1919 and has continued operating to this date. The first years of MSC, swimmers would train and compete in Mr Creaton's backyard pool, informally known as "Creaton's Baths". The first competition held in Mildura was on January 14th 1911, the 'Mildura Club Championships', which is still ran to this day.
