PAYMENT DETAILS

Payment for ALL squad fee's are to be direct debited each month for training.
New members will receive an email and text message to sign up to the direct debit.

The involvement in the squad system is an annual involvement, and to make payments more manageable, the total fees for the year have been divided into a monthly amount. This means that you will be paying the same fee for all 12 months, even during school holidays or training breaks.

The squad fees cover various aspects, such as coach instruction during training and competitions, dryland and/or strength & conditioning instruction (depending on age) and lane hire fees.

Please note that fees will still be charged regardless of a swimmer's attendance, with the exception of prolonged absences due to injury or illness (more information is available below).

We reserve the right to increase the agreed amount or modify the terms and conditions by providing 30 days' notice through an email or announcement on WhatsApp.

In the event that a swimmer experiences a severe injury or illness, and as a result, needs to take a break from training for more than two weeks, we may consider adjusting the account in the subsequent month.
To request a squad account adjustment, kindly fill out the Squad Fee Adjustment Form. Please note that usually, all charges remain, and any adjustments will be made in the following month.

To cancel their enrolment, members are required to send a written request via email to the club. Please note that all cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days (unless specified otherwise) before the intended date of termination. During this period, any outstanding payments must be settled in full, which may include a proportional amount of the monthly debit fee.
